Instead of continuing to watch the old episodes of Star Trek or expecting new ones, we could actually start to develop a drive to experience what the show‘s protagonists experienced decades ago.
Our new spacecraft could float vertically and, free from inertia, accelerate faster in a few seconds than light itself.
The author does not believe that our spacecraft will be red and produce a perceptible "piiuuuhhhhh." But he believes that Albert Einstein is misinterpreted, and that we are unnecessarily missing out on the possible future.
That should change—with a book.
This one.
